97.3 billion lira was deposited into accounts within the scope of fund liquidations

"In line with the Law No. 7596 on Certain Investment Funds for Liquidation, dated 22.10.2026, adopted by the Turkish Grand National Assembly, and the Decision No. 76/1903 of the Capital Markets Board, dated 27.10.2026, regarding the procedures and principles for liquidation and payments, the first interim payments in the funds subject to extraordinary liquidation began to be deposited into the accounts of the fund owners as of October 30, 2026.

As of October 30, 2026, a total of 29.3 billion TL has been deposited into the accounts of fund owners within the scope of extraordinary liquidation in the funds created by Atlas, Pusula and Tera Portföy Management Companies.

In the previous period, 68 billion TL was paid in 93 funds within the scope of the ordinary liquidation created by A1 Capital, Bulls, Pardus and Hedef Portföy Management Companies. Thus, as of Friday, October 30, 2026, 97.3 billion TL was paid to 247,839 investors in a total of 100 funds in all ordinary and extraordinary liquidations.

To date, within the scope of the ordinary and extraordinary liquidation process carried out under the coordination of our relevant institutions, approximately 76 billion TL has been paid in cash and in kind to 178,537 individual investors and the principal amounts of these investors have been paid.

As a result of the audits carried out by the authorized institutions, investors who were found to have earned unfair and exorbitant profits were excluded from the scope of interim payment. Interim payments to be made within the scope of Law No. 7596 and CMB's Decision No. 76/1903 will start from money market funds, from the lowest fund participation share holder to the highest, and will continue in a way to ensure that the largest number of investors receive payments. "Interim payments will continue this week under the coordination of our institutions responsible for the liquidation process."
