Atila Türeli was appointed as the acting General Manager of Borsa Istanbul

According to the statement made by Borsa Istanbul, in line with the decision taken at the Board of Directors Meeting held today, Atila Türeli was appointed as acting General Manager of Borsa Istanbul AŞ.

Atila Türeli was born in 1970 in Konya Ereğli. Türeli completed primary school at Ereğli Cumhuriyet Primary School, secondary school and high school at Konya Anatolian High School, and graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1993.

He completed his master's degree in European Union Public Law and Integration at Bahçeşehir University Institute of Social Sciences in 2008. Türeli, who received his lawyer license in 1994, served as a judge in the judicial judiciary until 2000.

Türeli passed the exam held by the Istanbul Stock Exchange (ISE) in 2000 and started working as a lawyer in the Legal Consultancy Department.

Türeli, who worked at all levels in the same department between 2000 and 2012, served as member affairs department manager in 2012-2014, compliance department manager in 2014-2016, and chief legal counsel between 2016-2023.

Türeli, who is currently a Board Member of the Turkish Product Specialized Exchange (TÜRİB) and a General Assembly Member of the Istanbul Arbitration Center, has expert mediation certificates in various branches of law.
