International recognition of TSE documents will be increased

According to the 2027 Presidential Annual Program, various steps will be taken to strengthen Türkiye's quality infrastructure and increase its effectiveness in setting international standards.

TSE's strategic priorities include strengthening local and national capacity in critical sectors, improving existing infrastructure, technological knowledge transfer through Ankara Quality Campus and increasing the competencies of human resources.

While the Quality Campus Laboratories Project is nearing completion, the main service building of the campus will be operational at full capacity in 2027.

It is aimed to ensure more active participation of SMEs and industrialists in international standardization processes and to increase Türkiye's global competitiveness and standard setting capacity by developing conformity assessment and standardization studies.

Collaborations will be developed to increase the international recognition of TSE document and conformity assessment services in line with the needs of export sectors.

In this context, we will be actively involved in the determination of international standards and technical regulations to which companies will be subject, the necessary studies will be carried out with a perspective that takes into account opportunities and threats, and human resources and institutional capacity will be supported for this purpose.

Conformity assessment capacity for Digital Product Passport applications will be strengthened. Technical cooperation in the field of standardization with the countries of the Organization of Turkic States will also be increased.

In order to prevent unfair competition and increase quality, effective market surveillance will be carried out and the standard setting infrastructure will be improved.
