Organ donation call from Minister Memişoğlu: 32 thousand people are waiting for hope

Stating that organ donation can bring new life to a person and new hope to a family, Memişoğlu said, "Today, approximately 32 thousand citizens in our country are waiting for organ transplantation. Approximately 5 thousand organ transplants have been carried out in our 152 organ transplant centers across the country in the last year, with the great efforts of our healthcare professionals."

Memişoğlu reminded that last year they made the organ donation processes easier for citizens by digitizing them through e-Government and e-Pulse, and said:

"Since then, more than 188 thousand of our citizens have created the digital organ donation will. I invite all our citizens to donate organs and be a part of this goodwill movement. You can easily create your organ donation will through e-Pulse and e-Government."
