Turkish Grand Prix in F1 will be held in October 2027

According to the statement made by Formula 1, the 2027 Formula 1 World Championship calendar, which includes 24 Grand Prix and 10 sprint races in 22 countries, has been announced.

The number of sprint races has been increased from 6 to 10 in 2027. Bahrain, Australia, Japan, Monaco and Abu Dhabi will host sprint races for the first time. Other sprint races will return to Canada, England, Italy, Brazil and Qatar.

We are excited to welcome Portugal and Türkiye to the championship and expand sprint racing to ten events." he said.
