Swansea'nin kanat oyuncusu Ronald iki aya kadar sahalardan uzak kalacak

Swansea City have suffered an injury blow after in-form winger Ronald was ruled out for six to eight weeks with a hamstring problem.

Ronald picked up the injury during last weekend's defeat to West Ham United, when he played the full 90 minutes as an emergency right-back.

The 25-year-old could now miss as many as 10 games in what is a setback for the Championship leaders given the impact he has made so far this season.

Ronald came close to joining Millwall before last month's transfer deadline, but had forced his way back into Vitor Matos' plans after scoring twice in only six appearances in 2026-27.

"It's not the most pleasant news, but we are here to use the squad and to help him as well to recover and get back stronger," Swansea head coach Matos said.

"He has impacted the season in different ways from last season. I think he has come from the bench really well already, with two goals and always impacting the game, working hard.

"I think he did a really consistent game [against West Ham], even creating the last chance in the game. Of course we will miss Ronnie."
