Reminding that they have increased the income requirement to benefit from the fund, Göktaş stated that in this context, they have increased the application requirement for the last 6 months' income in the income assessment from 2.3 times the minimum wage to 2.5 times.

"With the postponement process, we donate the entire remaining debt in case of having a second child within the maturity period extending to 60 months. Within the scope of the fund, 23 thousand 110 couples who have one child have benefited from the right to have the 12-month installment of their debt donated and the right to postpone the 12-month installment. 528 couples with two or more children have benefited from the right to have the entire debt donated. Of the 23 thousand 638 couples we support within the scope of the fund, 24 thousand 176 children were born. This is the best result of our support."

Göktaş emphasized that they aim for young people to establish a family on solid foundations and continued as follows:

Applications to the Family and Youth Fund, which we launched in pilot provinces in 2024 and expanded throughout Turkey in 2025, reached 315 thousand 696.
