11 suspects were arrested within the scope of the fund investigation

Fund investigations carried out by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding transactions carried out in the capital markets continue.

The interrogation procedures of 16 of the 31 suspects detained within the scope of the investigation were completed at the criminal judgeship of peace.

In the statement made by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, within the scope of the fund investigations carried out by the Terrorism Financing and Laundering Crimes Investigation Bureau regarding the transactions carried out in the capital markets, an examination of the shares of Işıklar Enerji ve Yapı Holding AŞ (IEYHO), Vişne Madencilik Üretim Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ (VSNMD), Odine Solutions Teknoloji Ticaret ve Sanayi AŞ (ODINE) and Tera Finansal Yatırımlar Holding AŞ (TRHOL), in line with the reports submitted by the Capital Markets Board (CMB) and the written applications made. was stated to have been carried out.

In this context, it was stated in the statement that the allegations regarding the shares of the companies in question and the reports submitted by the CMB were evaluated and a detention decision was made for 31 people, and it was noted that the investigation procedures were carried out meticulously within the framework of the relevant legislation.
