56 billion lira resources were transferred to beneficiaries through Ailekart

According to the statement made by the Ministry, in line with the understanding of social assistance that strengthens family and social solidarity, studies are continuing to evaluate the various social assistance requests of families and provide support specific to their needs.

In this regard, the Ailekart application was launched in order to deliver social assistance programs to beneficiaries more quickly, safely and effectively.

The application, developed within the scope of digital transformation efforts, works integrated with the artificial intelligence-supported central payment system. In this way, payments for different social assistance programs are made through a single card.

Within the scope of the application, which was first launched with maternity benefit payments in September 2025, as of July 1, 2026, 15 different regular social assistance payments transferred to citizens' accounts, such as disabled and elderly pensions and electricity and natural gas consumption support, started to be made through Ailekart through Halkbank.

While AileKart holders can receive their payments from public banks' ATMs open for public use, they will also be able to benefit from discounts that will be offered at contracted workplaces in the coming days.

While 3 million 580 thousand Ailekarts have been distributed so far within the scope of the application, 24 billion 173 million 107 thousand 900 liras have been paid within the scope of birth aid since September 2025.

As of July 2026, 31 billion 839 million 443 thousand 314 liras were provided within the scope of all regular social aids transferred to citizens' accounts. Thus, the total resources transferred within the scope of maternity assistance and regular social assistance payments reached 56 billion 12 million 551 thousand 214 lira.
