604 million TL grant will be given to the entrepreneurship ecosystem

The program, which is carried out in cooperation with the Turkish Representation of the International Migration Policy Development Center and the General Directorate of Development Agencies of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, with the financing of the European Union (EU), aims to establish common use centers suitable for the local business ecosystem, increase the capacity of existing facilities and support entrepreneurship.

The establishment and development of common use facilities where entrepreneurs and potential entrepreneurs can access the services they need are also among the objectives of the program.

The Common Use Facilities Grant Program, the first of the grant programs to be implemented within the scope of the ENHANCER PRO Project, was announced on January 16, 2026, and applications for the call for proposals opened within the scope of the program ended on April 3, 2026.

The results of the evaluation of the program in question were announced. In this context, it is envisaged that approximately 604 million liras will be provided to 58 institutions in 17 provinces.

Considering the fields of activity of the applicant institutions, 3 million 767 thousand euros to technoparks, TEKMERs, technology transfer offices and universities for 20 projects in the field of technology and academia, 3 million 12 thousand euros to municipalities and metropolitan municipalities for 16 projects for local governments, 2 million 987 thousand euros to chambers, commodity exchanges and tradesmen's unions for 16 projects to professional organizations, 2 million 987 thousand euros to OIZs for 5 projects to establish joint production and service infrastructures. 954 thousand 95 euros will be supported, and 155 thousand euros will be provided for a project in the field of licensed warehousing to create a common service infrastructure for agricultural products.

Grant agreements are planned to be signed and the projects to be implemented in December 2026.
