R4 foreign ministers issued a joint statement after the meeting in Istanbul.
In the statement, it was stated that the ministers, united in their commitment to contribute to diplomatic efforts within the framework of the understanding of common interest to promote peace and stability in the region and beyond, in line with the principles and purposes of the United Nations Charter, met in Istanbul to address regional issues of common interest.
The joint statement included the following statements:

They called for the two-state solution to be implemented as soon as possible in accordance with the relevant UN resolutions."
It was noted that in order to achieve comprehensive peace in the Middle East, support was reiterated for the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, including their inalienable right to self-determination and the establishment of an independent, sovereign, habitable and geographically integrated State of Palestine, with East Jerusalem as its capital, on the basis of the borders of June 4, 1967.
In the statement, the ministers called for "an immediate end to ongoing Israeli violence and attempts to change the legal and historical status of Jerusalem, and to stop the destruction and humanitarian catastrophe in Palestine."
The declaration condemned all past and present settlement activities in the West Bank and Jerusalem and settler violence against Palestinians, and underlined the urgent need to ensure an uninterrupted flow of humanitarian aid to Gaza and the reconstruction of Gaza.
"On the Yemen issue, the ministers condemned in the strongest terms the unacceptable escalation by the Houthi militias, which deepens human suffering, the ongoing attacks on Saudi Arabia, especially targeting civilians and civilian infrastructure, and the attacks on commercial ships in the Red Sea and Babulmandeb," the statement said.
