Capital market activities of Tera Portföy and Pusula Portföy were stopped

The decisions taken by the Capital Markets Board (CMB) regarding Tera Portföy Yönetimi AŞ and Pusula Portföy Yönetimi AŞ were published on the board's website.

Accordingly, the CMB decided to temporarily suspend the capital market activities of Tera Portföy Yönetimi AŞ and Pusula Portföy Yönetimi AŞ and to include in the liquidation process the closed but not liquidated investment funds, real estate investment funds and venture capital investment funds founded by Tera Portföy Yönetimi AŞ and Pusula Portföy Yönetimi AŞ.

The Board decided to appoint Türkiye İş Bankası for the liquidation of the investment funds, real estate investment funds and venture capital investment funds founded by Tera Portföy Yönetimi AŞ, and Ziraat Bank to liquidate the investment funds, real estate investment funds and venture capital investment funds founded by Pusula Portföy Yönetimi AŞ.
