CMB canceled all operating permits and authorization certificates of Tera Yatırım

According to the CMB bulletin, the board decided to take the necessary legal action to block access to 5 websites in order to prevent unauthorized activities in the capital markets.

The CMB decided to file a criminal complaint against 50 real persons, impose a 2-year trading ban on 51 real persons and Aura Portföy Yönetimi Anonim Şirketi, Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ, Tera Portföy Yönetimi AŞ and MAG Tarımsal Ürünleri Pazarlama ve Ticaret AŞ on the stock exchange and other organized markets, and decided to impose license cancellation penalties on 31 real persons.

The Board ruled to cancel all operating permits and authorization certificates of Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ, compensate its investors and gradually liquidate the company.

CMB also decided to accept positively the application made by Piramit Menkul Kıymetler AŞ, requesting permission to amend the articles of association to increase its capital from 300 million lira to 500 million lira.
