Demand for Turkish buses and minibuses from 60 countries

According to information compiled from Uludağ Automotive Industry Exporters Association data, Türkiye's bus, minibus and midibus exports increased by 3.77 percent in the January-September period compared to the same period of 2025.

In the export of public transportation vehicles, exports, which were 2 billion 339 million 422 thousand dollars in the January-September period of 2025, increased to 2 billion 427 million 706 thousand dollars in the same period of this year.

Industry representatives sent vehicles to 60 countries during this period.

France was the country that exported the most buses, minibuses and midibuses in 9 months of the year.

Public transportation vehicle exports to France decreased by 1 percent compared to the same period last year, from 482 million 221 thousand dollars to 477 million 544 thousand dollars.

Exports of buses, minibuses and midibuses to Germany, the second country to which the sector exports the most, in the January-September period decreased by 8.7 percent compared to the 9th month of 2025, from 361 million 747 thousand dollars to 330 million 335 thousand dollars.

Exports to Italy, where 199 million 815 thousand dollars of buses, minibuses and midibuses were exported in the January-September 2025 period, reached 260 million 923 thousand dollars with an increase of 30.6 percent.

Exports of industry representatives to Spain, which ranks fourth on the list, increased by 10.4 percent from 135 million 941 thousand dollars to 150 million 140 thousand dollars.
