Fund investigations carried out by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding transactions carried out in the capital markets continue.

The prosecutor's office objected to the judicial control decision taken against former AK Party MP and research and campaign company founder Ertan Aydın, who was detained within the scope of the investigation.

Evaluating the objection, the court decided to issue an arrest warrant for Aydin.

In this context, Aydın, who was detained by police teams in Ankara, will be brought before the criminal judgeship of peace on duty here.

An arrest request was requested for Aydın by the prosecutor's office, and the criminal judgeship of peace issued a judicial control measure in the form of "not leaving the house" and "ban on leaving the country".
