High tax and premium debt limit in public tenders

With the notification, the monetary limits regarding the determination of the finalized tax and premium debts of candidates and bidders participating in the tender within the scope of the Public Procurement Law were updated.

Accordingly, the debt amount of the bidders, which is not considered within the scope of "finalized social security premium debt" and "finalized tax debt", was increased from 5 thousand lira to 50 thousand lira.

The provisions of the notification in question will enter into force after 30 days.
