Minister Çiftçi said, "Today, we catch the suspects involved in cyber fraud crimes and bring them to justice; however, even if the criminals are caught, it is not always possible to return the money transferred to different accounts to the victim. However, the defrauded money does not evaporate. It changes hands between bank accounts and is transferred to digital wallets and crypto assets.

Our goal is not only to catch criminals, but also to protect the sweat and years of experience of our citizens. With DOLUNAY, we aim to intervene in this money traffic in a timely manner. Our goal; "To intervene in fraud reports within the first 18 minutes, to instantly monitor suspicious money movements with artificial intelligence-supported analysis, and to quickly operate the mechanism for blocking relevant accounts within the framework of legal processes," he said.

Minister Çiftçi stated that they will follow the money traffic of fraud networks with the strong coordination of the Gendarmerie, Police, Public Prosecutors' Offices, MASAK and the banking system, and will mobilize all means to prevent the victimization of citizens from escalating.
