In the case regarding allegations of irregularities in the 38th Ordinary Congress of the CHP, the hearing prosecutor presented his opinion on the merits.

The acquittal of Cemil Tugay, Hüseyin Yaşar and Özgen Nama was requested on the grounds that there was no concrete evidence that they participated in the crime, based on the available evidence.
