Satisfaction with public service was reflected in CİMER applications

Citizens express their satisfaction with the public service with hundreds of thousands of gratitude applications to CİMER every year. This year, too, in CİMER applications, the applications for gratitude, especially the favors towards President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, for the public services provided and the dedication of public employees, concretely demonstrated the people-centered and citizen-oriented management approach.

In one of the CİMER applications with unique stories, in the thank you message sent to President Erdoğan from Mersin, a citizen who could not find a dormitory when he entered the university in 2001 as the child of a low-income railway worker and completed his education with great difficulties, expressed the happiness he felt for his daughter years later with the following words:

"And the year is 2026. My daughter got into the Pharmacy Department of Elazığ Fırat University this year. Even though I am a teacher and my wife is a Gendarmerie Petty Officer, my daughter was given a KYK Dormitory. On September 20, 2026, we took my daughter and handed her over to KYK. May God bless you, Mr. President, it is a beautiful KYK dormitory. May God bless our esteemed Minister of Youth and Sports for taking care of her. My daughter is very We are satisfied, we are very comfortable because it is in a safe environment in the comfort of a hotel. FROM WHERE TO WHERE... My wife and I kiss your hands and wish you a long life."

A citizen from Sivas explained that when he had difficulty finding his destination in Istanbul, where he came for the first time, and panicked, he called the 112 Emergency Call Center, and the teams that provided the necessary guidance quickly rushed to help, and in his thank-you message to his mother after reaching her safely, he explained:

"Upon the guidance of the 112 Emergency Call Center, police teams arrived at my location in a short time. The police officers on duty, who understood my situation, took me safely to the place I wanted to go, with permission from the team chiefs. The kindness, patience, understanding and humane approach shown by the police officers on duty were very valuable to me. The fact that they did not remain indifferent to my request for help at a difficult and stressful moment in an unfamiliar and crowded city, and that they showed the sensitivity they could even though it was outside their field of duty, made me both relieved and very happy. Sometimes, a citizen's "It is more valuable than anything for him to feel alone in difficult times and to see that the state and the police are with him."

A citizen from Isparta applied to CİMER to thank the Gendarmerie teams, who fined him for not wearing a seat belt, after he survived the accident immediately after the inspection.

The citizen explained his experiences in his application with the following words:

"On 09/09/2026, I was stopped by Bucak Gendarmerie Traffic teams at the Çoban Pınar Gendarmerie Checkpoint with a TIR tow truck loaded with wood from Isparta to Dere Bağı road to Antalya. They took action against me because my seat belt was not fastened. I put on my seat belt and left the checkpoint. About 5 or 7 km away, I lost steering control of the truck at the bend. The vehicle fell sideways on its left at the bend. My seat belt was fastened at the time of the accident. "I'm alive now, thanks to the teams there who gave me a ticket. I'm glad they stopped me and gave me a ticket. If it weren't for them, I wouldn't have been wearing my seat belt and I wouldn't be alive right now... The seat belt saved my life, God bless the officers there, I will wear my seat belt from now on, no matter what."
