The first interim payments in the funds subject to extraordinary liquidation have started
According to the information obtained, the liquidation processes continue in line with the "Law on Certain Investment Funds Decided to be Liquidated" dated October 22, 2026 and numbered 7596, adopted by the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) and the Decision of the Capital Markets Board (CMB) dated October 27, 2026 and numbered 76/1903.
In this context, the first interim payments in the funds subject to extraordinary liquidation began to be deposited into the accounts of the fund holders as of October 30, 2026.
Within the framework of the said calendar, a total of 29.3 billion liras of interim payment will be made to 235 thousand 705 investors in 7 funds within the scope of extraordinary liquidation created by Atlas, Pusula and Tera Portföy Management Companies (PYŞ).
In the "ordinary liquidation" process within A1 Capital, Bulls, Pardus and Hedef PYŞ, 68 billion TL was paid to 63 thousand 759 right holders in 93 funds.
Thus, as of Friday, October 30, the total amount of resources transferred to 299,464 investors in 100 funds in the sum of both liquidation processes reached 97.3 billion liras.
On the other hand, it was noted that investors who were found to have made unfair and exorbitant profits as a result of the audits carried out by the authorized institutions were not included in the interim payment process.
It was stated that the interim payments to be made in line with the relevant law and the CMB decision will move from the lowest fund participation share holder to the highest, starting from money market funds, and thus ensure that the largest number of investors receive payments as a priority.
