The target for the number of eGovernment users is 71 million

Studies continue to disseminate the provision of digital public services with a holistic, user-oriented and participatory approach and increase their use.

New services have been included in the e-Government Gateway within the scope of the aim of providing public services electronically and thus increasing their use.

As of September, a total of 9,436 services of 1,130 institutions and organizations, including central public institutions, municipalities and their subsidiaries, universities and private institutions, can be accessed through the e-Government Gateway.

5 thousand 378 services can be accessed via mobile applications. A total of 69.8 million registered users could benefit from these services in the said period.

According to the "Turkish Statistical Institute Household Information Technologies Usage Survey", the rate of people using e-Government services reached 76 percent.

The number of registered users, which is expected to reach 70 million by the end of this year, is aimed to increase to 71 million in 2027, and the number of public services provided through the e-Government Gateway, which is determined as 9 thousand 500 for 2026, is aimed to be increased to 10 thousand next year.

While it is also aimed to simplify, integrate and increase the maturity of the services offered, a total of 9 integrated services are expected to be offered through the e-Government Gateway next year.

In addition, the number of mobile services offered through the e-Government Gateway is planned to be increased to 6,500 by the end of this year and to 7,500 in 2027.
