TOKİ will auction 725 lands in 61 provinces.

According to the statement made by TOKİ, the institution is preparing to hold a tender for the sale of 725 lands in 61 provinces.

In the tender to be held by auction method, Adana, Adıyaman, Aksaray, Amasya, Ankara, Antalya, Ardahan, Artvin, Aydın, Balıkesir, Batman, Bilecik, Bingöl, Bolu, Burdur, Çanakkale, Çorum, Denizli, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Erzurum, Eskişehir, Gaziantep, Gümüşhane, Hatay, Isparta, İstanbul, İzmir, Kahramanmaraş, Karabük, Karaman, Kastamonu, Kayseri, Kırşehir, Kocaeli, Konya, Kütahya, Malatya, Manisa, Mersin, Muğla, Muş, Nevşehir, Niğde, Ordu, Osmaniye, Rize, Sakarya, Samsun, Sinop, Sivas, Şanlıurfa, Şırnak, Tekirdağ, Tokat, Trabzon, Tunceli, Uşak, Van, Yozgat and 725 plots of land in Zonguldak will be offered for sale.

Buyers will be able to own lands in the nature of housing, trade, tourism, education, agriculture, industry, sports, urban work, unplanned areas, recreation areas, storage areas, fuel station areas, logistics facility areas and afforestation areas, in designated lots with a 20 percent or 25 percent down payment and a 48-month maturity.

Some real estate will be sold for cash. A 15 percent discount will be applied to cash purchases.

The auctions will be held on 5-6 November at 10.30 at Ankara Radisson Blu Hotel and TOKİ Istanbul Service Building.
