TOKİ will put 725 lands for sale in 61 provinces

725 plots of land with a total size of 3 million 450 thousand 367 square meters throughout Türkiye will be put up for sale with an estimated price of 29 billion 146 million 300 thousand liras.

The lands to be sold are Adana, Adıyaman, Aksaray, Amasya, Ankara, Antalya, Ardahan, Artvin, Aydın, Balıkesir, Batman, Bilecik, Bingöl, Bolu, Burdur, Çanakkale, Çorum, Denizli, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Erzurum, Eskişehir, Gaziantep, Gümüşhane, Hatay, Isparta, İstanbul, İzmir, Kahramanmaraş, Karabük, Karaman, Kastamonu, Kayseri, Kırşehir, Kocaeli, Konya, Kütahya, Malatya, Manisa, Mersin, Muğla, Muş, Nevşehir, Niğde, Ordu, Osmaniye, Rize, Sakarya, Samsun, Sinop, Sivas, Şanlıurfa, Şırnak, Tekirdağ, Tokat, Trabzon, Tunceli, Uşak, Van, Yozgat and It is located in Zonguldak.

The scope of sales includes residential, commercial, tourism, education, agriculture and industrial areas, as well as sports, urban work, recreation, storage, fuel stations, logistics facilities and lands for afforestation, as well as unplanned areas.

Among the properties to be put up for sale, there are 33 plots of land in Ankara, 13 in Istanbul and 6 in Izmir.

Buyers will be able to purchase the specified real estate with a 20 or 25 percent down payment and a 48-month maturity. Some real estate will be sold for cash only.

A 15 percent discount will be applied if the properties offered for deferred sale and specified in the sales list are purchased in cash.

Immovable properties offered for sale will be exempt from value added tax (VAT).

The auctions will be held on 5 and 6 November at 10.30 at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Ankara and TOKİ Halkalı Service Building in Istanbul.
