Trillion-dollar black money traffic of illegal betting gangs has been exposed

With 901 operations carried out in 81 provinces in 9 months, we are targeting criminal networks and tracking their financial resources. Illegal betting is not only an illegal activity; It is a serious threat that disrupts the peace of society, victimizes families and feeds the activities of criminal organizations. Under the coordination of our Organized, Narcotic and Economic Crimes Department; Within the scope of judicial investigations carried out in 81 provinces between February and November 4, 2026, in cooperation with our Chief Public Prosecutor's Offices, Police and Gendarmerie organizations, MASAK and all relevant institutions; 901 operations were performed. Judicial proceedings were taken against 5,710 suspects. 5,949 suspects were arrested. Judicial control measures were implemented against 3,570 suspects.

Our fight is not limited to illegal betting organizations. In the financial investigations carried out for these structures, a transaction volume of 2.63 trillion liras, 9.08 billion dollars and 3.49 million euros was detected.

Illegal betting networks should know this well: No criminal organization will hide the traces of its activities and profits from crime and will not be able to escape justice. We will continue our fight in coordination with all our institutions to reveal illegal betting networks and bring those responsible to justice.
