Turkish tractors are on European roads: Exports exceeded 1.7 billion dollars

According to the compilation of Uludağ Automotive Industry Exporters Association data, the tractor production industry, one of the sub-groups of the automotive industry, increased its exports in the January-September period by 25.4 percent compared to the same period of 2025.

Truck exports, which were 1 billion 380 million 823 thousand dollars in the 9-month period of last year, increased to 1 billion 731 million 529 thousand dollars in the same period of this year.

During this period, tow trucks were sent to 56 countries from Türkiye.

Industry representatives made the most exports to Germany in the January-September period.

Exports to this country increased by 21 percent compared to the same period in 2025, rising from 247 million 524 thousand dollars to 299 million 94 thousand dollars.

Exports of sector representatives to the United Kingdom, which ranks second, increased by 32.2 percent, reaching 234 million 752 thousand dollars from 177 million 548 thousand dollars.

In the same period, exports to Slovenia, which ranks third, increased by 26.2 percent, from 142 million 714 thousand dollars to 180 million 121 thousand dollars.

Tow truck exports to France, which ranks fourth, in the January-September period increased by 60 percent, from 101 million 427 thousand dollars to 162 million 358 thousand dollars.
