Winter circular from the Ministry: Not a single citizen will be left on the streets

The Ministry of Family and Social Services sent a circular to 81 provincial governorships, provincial directorates of family and social services and social assistance and solidarity foundations to meet the shelter and basic needs of homeless people living on the streets in winter.

Within the scope of the circular sent with the signature of the Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş, homeless, homeless and lonely people in the provinces and districts will be identified so that not a single citizen is left on the streets during the winter months.

The cleaning, health, basic food and clothing needs of the homeless will be met by public guesthouses and hotels.

The circular also instructed citizens to provide psychosocial support when necessary.
