Change in patent and trademark fee schedule

The institution's amendment to the communiqué on the subject came into force after being published in the Official Gazette.

With the regulation, lower fee tariffs were determined for some applications and SMEs in the field of artificial intelligence compared to other applications.

Accordingly, the urgent research report preparation fee for some applications in the field of artificial intelligence is 4 thousand 333.34 lira.

The patent application fee for the first applications of legal entities with SME business class and SME qualification certificate will be 20.36 lira.

The fee for the same legal entities to prepare a research report and examination report was determined as 1079.17 lira.
