In the article published before the summit to be held in Ankara, "The unity of the Turkish world is the strongest manifestation of the deep-rooted heritage we inherited from our common history and our will to shape our common future." Starting with the following statements, President Erdoğan gave important messages:
"The bridges of love that connect our brotherly peoples, who have gone through many tests in different geographies for centuries, today form the solid foundations of our political, human, economic and cultural solidarity under the roof of the Organization of Turkish States. It is the historical responsibility of all of us to mobilize the great potential of the Turkish world in line with common goals, to strengthen our unity with concrete gains and to leave a stronger Turkish world to future generations."
Drawing attention to the importance of the Ankara Summit and the term presidency that Türkiye will take over, Erdoğan said, "I see the 13th Summit of the Organization of Turkic States, which we will hold in Ankara with the theme of 'Turkish Century: Unity in Language, Ideas and Work', as an important meeting where this common will will be further strengthened. With the summit, we will take over the term presidency from Can Azerbaijan in terms of achieving the common goals of the Turkic world and increasing the institutional strength of our Organization." "I consider it a historical responsibility." He included his words.
Stating that the ideal of unity inherited by İsmail Gaspiralı is a source of inspiration that directs the activities of the Organization of Turkish States today, President Erdoğan noted that the Organization, which rose on the foundations laid in Nakhchivan, has gained a more effective structure day by day with the strength it receives from common history and culture. Erdoğan underlined that it is time to strengthen the brotherhood with strong institutions that will carry it to future generations and to transform the common will into permanent gains through projects.
Drawing attention to the change in world politics and the importance of solidarity between Turkish states, President Erdoğan said:
"World politics is going through a radical change. At a time when the international system is having difficulty in establishing justice and trust, and wars and crises affect wide geographies, the solidarity of the Turkish states has become a strategic necessity. The Turkish states, united around a common will, have the power to overcome the most difficult challenges and determine their own future. The basis of the unity of the Turkish world is the respect for the sovereignty, independence and national will of each of our brother countries. This unity is based on mutual trust and interests as well as common values." “It will rise.”
Referring to the importance of the economic integration of the Turkish world in his article, President Erdoğan pointed out the opportunities offered by the East-West Central Corridor through the Caspian Sea:
