Togg T10X was the best-selling car in October too

Togg, the global mobility technologies brand whose intellectual property rights are owned by Türkiye and which set out with the vision of "Türkiye's automobile", maintains its strong position in the automobile market.

Despite the contraction in the automobile market last month, Togg maintained its top position in total sales on a model basis. Togg T10X continued its market leadership in total automobile sales in August and September in October.

According to the Automotive Distributors and Mobility Association (ODMD) data, automobile sales in October decreased by 28.4 percent compared to the same month last year, falling to 64 thousand 939. During this period, Togg's T10X model ranked first in monthly sales, while the T10F model ranked third.

While Togg T10X was the most preferred model in the automobile market with 4 thousand 59 sales last month, Volkswagen T-Roc took the second place with 3 thousand 324 sales. Togg T10F ranked third with 2 thousand 702 sales, Renault Boreal ranked fourth with 2 thousand 656 sales and Renault Megane (sedan) ranked fifth with 2 thousand 301 sales.

In the January-October period of this year, Renault Clio ranked first in total sales on a model basis with 35 thousand 844 units. This vehicle was followed by the Togg T10X with 26 thousand 79 sales, while the Renault Megane (sedan) model ranked third in total sales with 24 thousand 77 sales.

Last month, the share of electric vehicles in total sales increased to 22.3 percent. It was noteworthy that despite the market contraction in October, the increase in Togg T10X and T10F sales continued. It was seen that Togg's T10X and T10F models took the first two places in electric vehicle sales. T10X ranked first with 4 thousand 59 sales, and T10F ranked second with 2 thousand 702 sales. The owner of the third place was KG Mobility Torres with 1705 sales.

Togg's market share in total electric car sales in October was 47 percent, meaning that approximately one in every two electric vehicles sold was Togg.

In October last year, 1623 T10X and 2 thousand 532 T10F were sold.
