Lawyer minimum wage tariff has been determined

Accordingly, the fee for the first hour of oral counsel in lawyers' offices will be 5 thousand 500 liras, and the fee will increase by 2 thousand 400 liras for each subsequent hour.

While the verbal consultation fee for up to one hour in on-call locations is determined as 9 thousand liras, a fee of 4 thousand 500 liras will be paid for each subsequent hour.

An attorney fee of 7,500 lira will be charged for writing all kinds of petitions, notices, warnings and protests, 10 thousand lira for the preparation of rental agreements and similar documents, and 40 thousand lira for the preparation of documents such as statutes, regulations, inheritance agreements, wills and foundation deeds.

In contracts related to commercial affairs such as company articles of association, transfer and merger of companies, lawyers will be paid 27 thousand liras.

While the minimum attorney fee for matters pursued in tax commissions is determined as 30 thousand liras, the attorney fee will be 140 thousand liras for matters pursued in international jurisdictions without a hearing, and 250 thousand liras for matters with a hearing.

The monthly fees of contracted lawyers of private individuals, legal entities and public institutions and organizations will be at least 43 thousand liras.

Attorney fees will be 15 thousand liras for the works followed during the criminal investigation phase, 40 thousand liras for the cases in the civil courts of peace, 23 thousand liras for the cases followed in the criminal and enforcement judgeships of peace, 62 thousand liras for the cases in the courts of first instance, 30 thousand liras for the cases in the consumer courts, 70 thousand liras for the cases in the intellectual and industrial rights courts, and 86 thousand liras for the cases in the high criminal courts.

A lawyer's fee of 85 thousand liras will be paid for first degree cases heard in the Supreme Court, and 50 thousand liras will be paid for the hearings of cases heard through appeal in the Supreme Court of Appeals, the Council of State and the Court of Accounts.
