Weekend busyness in Beştepe National Forest

Spreading over an area of ​​approximately 645 thousand square meters, the forest welcomes its visitors with its activity areas and cultural stops appealing to different age groups.

Taking advantage of the hot weather, Ankara residents spent time in touch with nature in Beştepe National Forest, which attracts attention with its natural beauties, thematic gardens, walking and cycling paths, sports fields and children's parks.

Children spent time in the playgrounds in the forest, and some visitors rode skateboards, skates, scooters and bicycles.

Züleyha Yıldız, who came to visit the forest with her grandchildren, stated that the area attracted attention with its natural beauties and sports opportunities, and expressed her satisfaction with the creation of an environment where children and young people can release their energy.

Stating that the forest appeals to everyone from ages 7 to 77, Yıldız said, "I would like to thank everyone who contributed. Everyone should come out and come. Our children should do sports and spend their energy here. Especially they should stay away from this technology." he said.

Yıldız's grandchildren, Reyyan and Rüveyda Gürbüz, also noted that the large areas in the forest provide a suitable environment for skateboarding and said that they were happy to have such an area where they can do sports.

Fahrettin Yıldız also wished that the forest would be beneficial for the city and the country and said, "Our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan gave a very nice gift to the people of Ankara. Families will have a great time here. It was really a great need, a deficiency. It is magnificent with its sports facilities, parks for children, entertainment venues and shopping areas. An environment where you can have a great time has been created here. I wish everyone to come here and see it." he said.

Fadime Tütüncü, who came to visit the forest with her daughter, said: "We visited every part of it, but we couldn't finish it. We came in the morning, we are still wandering around. I liked it very much, it is very beautiful. It is a very nice place for Ankara." he said.
