Free consultancy support for families from the Ministry of Family and Social Services

According to the written statement made by the Ministry, the aim of the family counseling services offered is for family members to address the problems they experience together, understand each other better, strengthen their communication and develop solutions to problems.

It is aimed to increase the capacity of family members to cope with problems and to contribute to the preservation of the environment of trust within the family, with consultancy services that emphasize the importance of mutual understanding, effective communication and producing solutions together in resolving disagreements and communication problems within the family.

With the application, it is planned to inform families about where and how they can access counseling services, to raise awareness about how services can provide support in which situations, to continue training activities to improve the knowledge and skills of professional personnel providing counseling services, to strengthen expert human resources working in the field, and to increase the quality of services offered to families.

Families in need can benefit from the counseling services provided in 81 provinces through expert professional staff.

The Ministry's family counseling services are provided free of charge in the Provincial Directorates of Family and Social Services, Social Service Centers and Family Counseling Units.

Citizens can apply via "e-Government" to benefit from family counseling services.
