Minister Bolat met with Sudanese Minister of Industry and Trade Yakup

Underlining that they discussed the latest developments in Sudan during the meeting, Bolat made the following assessment:

"We agreed that our contracting sector can make a significant contribution to the reconstruction and economic recovery of Sudan during the stability and peace process. In this context, we aim to develop our cooperation, especially in energy, transportation, ports, airports and other infrastructure areas. In addition, we will work together to direct our companies to Sudan on the basis of mutual benefit for development and prosperity, taking into account Sudan's potential in the agriculture and mining sectors."

Bolat noted that they will continue to take concrete steps to support trade and investment relations with Sudan, including events that will bring together business circles.
